Configure Service Desk Integration

To enable CA Identity Manager to communicate with your service desk solution, configure service desk integration.

Follow these steps:

  1. In the CA Identity Manager User Console, go to System, NIM SM Integration, and click Configure Service Desk Integration.
  2. Select your service desk solution from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter the connection settings for your service desk solution and click Submit.
