NIS+ Sun Specific Tab

Use this tab to specify password expiration settings.

The fields in this tab are listed below:

Minimum Before Change

Specifies the minimum number of days between password changes.

Maximum

Specifies the number of days the password remains valid.

Warning

Specifies the number of days to warn the user to change the password.

Expired

This check box is selected if the password is expired.

You can select the check box to force the user to change their password at the next login.

Expiration Date

Use the calendar to specify the date when the login is no longer valid. If you do not want to assign an expiration date, do not select the Password Expired check box.

Maximum Inactivity Days

Specifies the number of days the login may be inactive.
