Configure Authentication Questions and Answers

You can enable and disable authentication questions and answers, and configure the number of questions that users must answer.

Follow these steps:

1. In the User Console, go to Environment Administration, Question and Answer Configuration.

   Note: Question and Answer Configuration is enabled by default. The configuration settings that you specify in the Question and Answer Configuration screen take precedence over forgotten password question and answers set in the Forgotten Password task definition.

2. Enter the number of authentication questions users must answer to verify their identity.

   Note: If you change the number of required authentication questions in an existing environment, all users must change their security questions in the Change Security Q&A task.

3. Click Submit.
